"Trebbia" Tuscan white wine

The name of the wine is inspired by the base of its grape variety, Trebbiano, an ancient white grape variety that has deep roots in Italian agricultural tradition. This name is also connected to one of the most significant tools on display in our Farmer's Museum: the "Trebbia," a vital machine for wheat processing that also represents the history of our family, always linked to work in the fields and land cultivation. This tool, which can be admired in various versions exhibited in the museum, was used for harvesting and separating wheat and corn, central activities of the agricultural culture of the past. The wine, therefore, is not only a tribute to tradition but also a bridge to the past, a tangible reminder of the hard work, passion, and dedication that continue to drive our work today.
