The pomace of Chianti Classico is transported at the peak of its fragrance to an artisanal distillery, where, using the continuous steam still method with a vacuum double boiler flame rectification, a genuine product is born. With its 43% alcohol content, it ages for another 6 months in the bottle. It appears crystal clear, both in transparency and in its color tones; it reaches the palate warm and enveloping, with a liveliness typical of the Chianti wine profile. It is sold in 0.500-liter bottles. The winemaking process follows the classic method, and the wine undergoes no filtration or chemical treatments. It is a wine with intense aromas, featuring hints of ripe fruit and blackberry jam. With a dry and fresh taste, a refined tannic structure, it is savory and persistent, making it perfect to pair with earthy first courses and lean meat main dishes.
