To savour the true taste of Chianti Classico, with its authentic colours and flavours, a visit to the winery and tasting of our products is a must.
Entering the old part of the cellar is like a real journey through the smells of wine and olive oil tradition: the old barrique cellar, once also a war refuge, and the orciaia, with its old terracotta containers, retrace the stages of the evolution of oil and wine, diffusing their aromas into the air.
The wine tasting takes place partly directly from the barrels and partly in the new, purpose-built room, with a terrace offering a view of the Chianti hills and a historic combine harvester on display. On offer for tasting are the ‘Chianti Classico DOCG I’Versoio’, the ‘Chianti Classico Riserva DOCG I’Giogo’, the Tuscan IGT ‘Stibbio’, the white wine ‘Trebbia’ and also the Vin Santo DOC ‘Dante’ with cantuccini and the Chianti Classico grappa ‘Bruscola’. The gustatory journey is crowned by the Extra Virgin Olive Oil ‘Bruscola’ tasted either on its own or accompanied by an excellent bruschetta.
All products are sold on the farm; orders and direct shipments are also made to private individuals and businesses nationally and internationally.
Upon reservation, it is possible to organise tastings accompanied by specific pairings at lunch or dinner for groups of at least 10 people.
