The fragrant Chianti Classico pomace is moved to an artisanal distillery where it is transformed into the genuine ultimate product. We use a constant-steam-flow alembic and a water bath rectifying system. It reaches a final alcohol content of 43° and it ages for 6 more months in a bottle. It presents a crystal-clear aspect both in transparency and in shades; it gives a warm and enveloping sensation to the palate, with an aftertaste of Chianti wine. It is packaged in bottles of 0.5 lt.
