Hospitality continues to be one of the core values of the company, just as the rural world taught us: accommodations keep the name of the activities which were once performed in this 16th Century farmhouse spaces (“Frantoio” oil mill, “Orciaia”, oil cellar, “Limonaia”, lemon house, “Appassitoio”, drying room, “Telaio”, loom). Part of the farmhouse, the rear, the oldest part of the building and a small part of the facade, are now used to host guests. The rooms were designed to retain their original appearance. Our small houses (bedroom with tv, kitchen, bathroom) and our bedrooms (tv, fridge and bathroom) overlook a splendid view on our olive groves and vineyards. The names of our accommodations commemorate the traditional activities that once took place there. Total sleeping capacity is 9. Each small house has a table on the patio, which you can use to dine while enjoying the wonderful view of the hills. Customers have free access to the barbecue too.

These bedrooms are located close to the cellars, in the part of the house which once hosted the oil mill and the orci (big pots made of terracotta usually containing olive oil) cellar. The renovation works consciously left some of the ancient traits of the cellars untouched, such as the fireplace to boil the water. Both the Frantoio bedroom – a room of 36 square meters – and the Orciaia bedroom – about 29 square meters – have double bed, private bathroom and kitchenette. There is an outside table, which you can use to dine while enjoying the wonderful view of the valley, and a barbecue area.
La Limonaia (lemon house)

This room is located in the southern part of the house; it used to be the room where lemons were stored during the winter, the same lemon trees that still adorn the garden of the house during spring and summer months. In the master bedroom (bathroom, TV, fridge and kettle) you can also add two extra beds. You can use the private outside table in the garden and the barbecue area.
L'appassitoio (drying room)

L'appassitoio (the drying room) used to be the place where grapes were hung to dry. The room has been recently renovated in order to host guests. The 33 square meter apartment has one double bedroom, one bathroom and one fully equipped kitchen. There is an outside table, which you can use to dine while enjoying the wonderful view of the valley, and a barbecue area. This small apartment on the ground floor – built according to the current EU regulations – is accessible to people with disabilities.

The loom room used to be the women's everyday working and meeting place and it has been renovated to become a 34 square meter apartment with double bedroom, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. There is an outside table, which you can use to dine while enjoying the wonderful view of the valley, and a barbecue area.
