The permanent exhibition

Immerse yourself in Tuscan tradition by participating in a guided tour to our 20th Century farming equipment permanent exhibition; taste our products and learn about the history and the way they are produced.

A dive into our past

A blast from the past

To complete the journey through farming customs and traditions, we set up a permanent exhibition of typical farming tools from the 1900s, which were once used in the wheat, oil and wine supply chain; these symbols represent what the Mori family's activity has been in the past years and illustrate our story.

The museum marks the four seasons with the respective tools used in that time of the year either in the fields, in the cellar or in the oil mill. There are also displayed the versoio, the moldboard, the giogo, the yoke, the trebbia, the threshing machine, which inspired the names of some of our wines, as well as the bruscola, the machine used to squeeze the oil, which our farm takes its name from. A small part of the exhibition displays an old home kitchen from that time and the tools used in everyday life.

The exhibition is open every day and it is combined with the tasting and the visit to the cellar in order to let you experience the authentic culture of the Chianti Classico. Reservations are recommended
